Store Manager, Mississauga, ON

We are looking for a Store Manager for a direct hire position located in Mississauga, ON.


This is a full-time, on-site role. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing sales strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment and meeting sales targets.


• Prior experience in a retail management role
• Experience processing and managing orders
• Inhouse sales calls to potential customers, cold-calling and managing existing customers
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Warehouse activities (picking and packing customer orders)
• Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software
• Office display set-up
• Ability to work independently
