Sales Representative, Portland, OR

We are looking for a Sales Representative for a direct hire, remote position located in Portland, OR.

Summary:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the customer base within the Portland, OR and Seattle, WA areas. This role is ideal for a proactive salesperson with a can-do attitude and the potential to develop into a larger role. The position offers flexibility with a remote or hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Learning and understanding their needs. Providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate customers on products and services.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure exceptional customer service, and satisfaction.
• Monitor current market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities and business threats.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, sales forecasts, and sales updates to management.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, conferences, etc. to network and promote products and services.

Requirements:

• Proven successful sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated drive, a proactive mindset, and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Portland, OR and Seattle, WA areas as needed.
