We are looking for an Customer Service Representative for a direct hire position located in Houston, TX.

Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support and engaging proactively in sales activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive, a positive attitude, and the ability to develop into a more substantial role.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat conversations.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to current customers.
• Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate solutions to address those needs.
• Assist in resolving customer issues to ensure exceptional customer services and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team as needed to identify sales opportunities and generate leads.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and increase knowledge.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably with a focus on proactive sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Demonstrated drive and with a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
